I have spent more than thirty years in sales, marketing and business development, working across marine, engineering and other technical markets. My experience covers product development, procurement, pricing, strategic planning and day to day delivery, so I understand how commercial decisions affect projects, margins and customer expectations.

After many years working with the same company and helping to build a well-established marine business, I chose to take a different route. Marine Minds gives me the variation I wanted in the next stage of my career, representing and supporting several businesses through focused roles where my experience adds clear commercial value.

The approach is practical and commercially grounded. Clear objectives, simple plans and consistent follow up. I have led teams, run key accounts and supported business owners who need senior commercial judgement, practical delivery and a trusted outside view without making a full-time appointment.
